These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.hushh.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Hushh ("Hushh," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your bag. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. If we cancel or adjust an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount already charged for the affected item(s).

Payments and pricing

Checkout, payment processing, and order confirmation are handled by Shopify and its payment processors, not by this website directly (see "Third-party services" below). Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time; the price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping

Shipping options, timeframes, and costs are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates — and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. Free shipping thresholds and promotions, where offered, are as stated on the Site at the time of your order.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. Unless otherwise noted on a specific product, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Due to the nature of the product, intimate apparel may be subject to additional hygiene-related return restrictions, which will be noted at checkout or on the product page where applicable. To start a return, contact us using the details below. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Product information

We do our best to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but slight variations can occur due to photography, lighting, and individual display settings. Sizing charts are provided as a guide; measurements may vary slightly between styles. We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Hushh name, logo, photography, graphics, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hushh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to browse the Site and complete a personal purchase.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Site; place fraudulent orders; or use the Site to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

Third-party services

Our storefront pages are served independently, but checkout, payments, cart management, order fulfillment, and related processing are provided by Shopify and its payment processors, and your use of checkout is additionally subject to Shopify's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hushh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it's used, and how checkout data is handled by Shopify.

Changes to these Terms
